I guess I'll never really know how that'll feel

Urgh I need to seriously get out more.. Just think it's been too long since I last had some alcohol.. It always helps (usually).. Anyone up for drinks? that is, after the exams of course...

why do I feel that this particular semester is never ending? Although exams are just like a few weeks away.. On one hand, I'm inching closer to graduation, which is great and all, perhaps except for the fact that I'm nowhere close to getting any job thus far.. Maybe it's still too early to tell.. Lets hope it's just that..

I've recently also got to know a friend, through doing projects, and only recently did I realise she shares quite a few things in common with me, the main thing being that she's a Scorpio and born one day ahead of me.. The thing is, even though we share some similarities in terms of our nature and outlook, she represents in a way, some aspects in my life that I seek to achieve, but has not yet achieved, possibly not as well as she has. But knowing her has sortta forced me to reflect and look at myself again, because I realise that I've forgotten what i'm fighting for, and that spirit in me is slowly, but surely dying away. The fact that we are kinda similar, and started out on almost the same page in life, but she's achieved so much more than me thus far, just hits a raw nerve in me.. But I guess it only makes me wanna become, in so many ways, someone who is not who I am or where I am at today..

::The Brave One::

Somehow managed to catch this show "The Brave One" starring Jodie Foster over the weekend, though it was quite late and I was really tired, I didn't yawn at all during this movie.. It is that good! I think the storyline's quite captivating, especially the slight twist at the end.. Maybe it's just that I haven't caught any show in a while that's why I think it's not bad.. but do catch it (at least on dvd)!

Oh but something hilarious happened during the movie.. cos it was a midnite show, there was this guy who was in the row behind me, snoring extremely loudly! and I do mean VERY loudly.. It's like the first time I encounter someone snoring away in a theatre.. Haha cos i think he was snoring away already, one quarter through the show, but when the show got to a part where it was quite quiet without any music or anything, his snores got really annoying and too hard to ignore.. Practically everyone in the theatre turned and looked his way! In the end the poor guy beside him had to kinda wake him up to stop him from snoring cos his snores were louder than the movie!
